Exhibitors The annual SROC conference enjoys a close and mutually beneficial relationship with suppliers of products and services to the Higher Education sector. Exhibitors range from the large well known software houses to smaller and innovative providers, fresh to the market place. We hope and exhibitor feedback suggests, that our delegate profile and exhibition pricing structure offer real value for money. Our conference typically has around 12 suppliers exhibiting and the event is hosted by a well known University. Delegates are representative of most levels of university staff (from senior management to recent recruits) and whose interests span most areas of university student administration. The number of delegate places (c.175) is capped so that the conference will fit into a university venue and also to ensure that we retain the traditional friendly atmosphere of the event thereby encouraging helpful exchanges of experiences and ideas. Many, if not most of our delegate’s home universities are existing customers of our exhibitors and all are surely potential customers. This year’s conference programme is as full and as relevant as ever, addressing current issues and benefiting from speakers of national repute. The conference has established the role of the Corporate Liaison Officer to assist exhibitors with practical issues and potential exhibitors with sufficient information to determine if the venue is appropriate for their particular enterprise.
